Job Title: Senior Planning Engineer
Location: Greater Manchester
Salary: circa £70-80,000 + car allowance + package

Senior Planning Engineer is currently required by a leading main contractor to join their regional construction business based in Greater Manchester. The Senior Planning Engineer will responsible for planning projects throughout their full life-cycle, from tender stage through to completion.

The Senior Planning Engineer will be responsible for working closely with the pre-construction team and producing competitive tender programmes. They will also be responsible for providing contracting planning expertise to live projects in the North West. Projects are typically valued between £30-150m and cover a variety of build sectors including commercial, residential, education, student accommodation and healthcare to name a few.

Candidate

Planning experience gained within main contracting environment within UK construction industry
Proficient user of Asta Powerproject
Strong knowledge of construction techniques and processes
Excellent communication skills
Strong commercial awareness and knowledge of different forms of contract

Starting salary of circa £70-80,000 per annum
