We're looking for a dynamic Marketing Specialist to craft and implement strategies that boost our brand, engage audiences, and drive growth. This role involves strategic planning, content creation, and analysis. 

The role:

Develop and implement a content strategy, including case studies, newsletters, and press releases.
Manage content marketing across various platforms and oversee website updates using CMS and CRM systems.
Plan and execute social media campaigns; analyse performance and optimise digital marketing efforts (social ads, Google Ads, SEO, SEM).
Coordinate with charities, manage sponsorships, and gather partner testimonials to enhance brand credibility.
Create print materials and sales presentations.
Handle email marketing campaigns with Mailchimp and Bullhorn.
Support internal recruitment by crafting job descriptions and managing campaigns.
Basic IT and recruitment knowledge is desirable. 

Requirements: 

Minimum of 1 year in a marketing role, e.g. marketing executive, marketing coordinator, etc. 

Proficiency in CMS, CRM, Mailchimp, and digital marketing tools. 

Strong writing, editing, and communication skills. 

Ability to analyse data and manage multiple projects. 

Knowledge of GDPR compliance.
