French speaking Technical Support Administrator (Electronics)
Location: Maidstone
Hybrid work 2 - 3 days a week in the office
Salary: £32,000 per annum negotiable plus bonus

The company: A well-established British designer and producer of audio products sold globally

Main duties: To deliver technical support to customers providing outstanding service

The role:
- Respond to enquiries via email, phone and live chat
- Provide product support to customers and distributors
- Deliver technical troubleshooting
- Be responsible for returns and following up accordingly
- Provide purchase support
- Liaise with internal departments ensuring support to customers is maintained at a high standard
- Engage in professional development as required

The candidate:
- Fluent in French (written and spoken) essential
- Fluency in an additional language a bonus
- Experience in technical or product support needed
- Great customer service experience (B2C) within the electrical field preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- High attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
- Car owner due to location of client

The salary: £32,000 per annum plus bonus
