The nucleus of the business is in London, specifically the city & west end.
Must be able to travel to head office in Essex.
£35K basic, Car or Car Allowance, OTE £60K uncapped.
Long term, the right BDM, will have the opportunity to manage a team.
Working for a reputable commercial contract cleaning company, specialising in blue chip organisations who require the highest standards of office cleaning.
Field Sales Executive
To sell bespoke commercial office cleaning services to potential clients.
All New business role.
Duties & Responsibilities
Build a pipeline of new potential clients.
One day a week in the office (Essex Office)
Four days field based.
Arrange and manage your own self-generated appointments.
2-3 face to face appointments a day
Create bespoke Quotes for each client from your meetings.
Carry out site surveys on the building

A well-presented, experienced new business proven sales Executive
Good time management skills and can work on your own initiative without beaning micromanaged.
Excellent listening skills
Can negotiate and close a consultative sale
Self generates appointments, generated by cold calling
IT literate, good telephone manor
