Key Account Manager – Sheffield – up to £35,000

Chase & Holland are excited to be partnering with a leading international manufacturing business who are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join their team.

As Key Account Manager, you will be accountable for maintaining relationships with Key Accounts by building a comprehensive understanding of needs of the customer to enhance growth and revenue opportunities. Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:
Managing key account enquiries within agreed SLA’s
Providing quotations for key accounts within agreed timescales
Liaising with external sales team to support with customer meetings
Liaising with internal departments to ensure a smooth service for key accounts
Working on key projects as required by the Sales Manager
Preparing documentation for export shipments
Working with subcontractors and freight forwarders to ensure a seamless service
Administration duties as required
Skills Required:
Account management experience
A background within Engineering or Manufacturing (desirable)
Team player
Relationship management experience
Keen eye for detail
