Electrical Operations Manager – Burton upon Trent
My client, a leading engineering services provider with locations across the UK, has recently secured significant investment and is looking for an Operations Manager to help drive their next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll oversee electrical project operations, covering:
✔ Project & Resource Management
✔ Team Leadership
✔ Client Relations
✔ Compliance & Safety
✔ P&L Responsibility
✔ Estimating & Tendering
✔ Opportunity to work with Blue Chip companies
The ideal candidate will have a strong electrical engineering background in FMCG manufacturing, with the ability to apply industry-leading technologies and innovations.
Location: Burton upon Trent
Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 (DOE) + £6,600 car allowance
Benefits: 25 days holiday + 8 public holidays, 6% pension, healthcare plan, life insurance.
Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in electrical installation, maintenance and project management.
* Experience in FMCG Manufacturing sector.
* Apprentice trained in electrical engineer/ installation.
* In Depth understanding of NICEIC requirements.
* 17th/ 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
* HNC Electrical or above.
* SSSTS/ SMSTS.
