Job Title: FPGA Lead Designer

Salary: Up to £80,000, depending on experience

Location: Stevenage (Relocation package may be available)

Working Arrangement: Hybrid (4-5 days per week on-site, depending on workload and project requirements)

Security Clearance: British citizen or dual UK national with British citizenship.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and guide FPGA Design teams on advanced projects, utilizing your expertise to influence and support the successful delivery of these projects. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in leading FPGA Design teams on complex projects.
A strong drive to foster collaboration and ensure successful project delivery.
Extensive experience in creating complex FPGA architectures and design implementations using VHDL, Simulink, etc., targeting Xilinx, Intel, and Microsemi devices.
Proficiency in verifying complex FPGA implementations using VHDL and System Verilog/UVM test-bench methodologies.
Familiarity with FPGA design toolsets and Mentor verification tools (QuestaSim & ModelSim).
Experience in generating low-level software (C) to support FPGA testing and integration with embedded systems.
Excellent skills in configuring and documenting designs to a high professional standard.
