Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze quality data to identify trends and opportunities.
* Lead root cause analysis (RCA) teams to resolve quality issues.
* Implement and audit process controls.
* Manage internal and external rejects, including scrap and customer returns.
* Create and maintain quality documentation, including SOPs.
Essential Skills:
* Knowledge of quality systems and standards
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data reporting.
