We're looking for HGV Driver to work for our client.

We are seeking for a candidate who will be able to Uphold the highest standards of Health & Safety, addressing and reporting concerns to support a zero-incident workplace.
 
Role Responsibilities:

Safely operate Heavy Goods Vehicles (HGVs) to complete scheduled waste collection rounds in line with company standards and legal requirements.
Maintain accurate records of routes, collections, and any incidents or issues encountered during shifts.
Perform daily vehicle checks to ensure HGVs are in good working condition, reporting any defects or required maintenance to the relevant team.
Adhere to all relevant health and safety guidelines, including safe driving practices and site procedures.
Assist with loading and unloading waste materials as required, ensuring efficient operation during rounds.

Job Title: HGV Driver - AM/PM Shifts
Location: Lynnbottom Site, Isle of Wight
Rate of Pay: £14.03 per hour (basic)
Overtime Rate: 1.33 for hours worked after 15:30 (PM shift)
 
Work Schedule:
 PM Shift: Monday to Friday, 12:00 – 21:30 (hours may vary depending on round completion)
AM Shift: Monday to Friday, 06:00 – 14:30 (hours may vary depending on round completion)
 
Skills and Experience: 

Must have prior experience as an HGV driver; new drivers will not be considered.
Valid HGV license with a clean driving record.
Strong knowledge of vehicle safety checks and legal driving standards.
Ability to work efficiently under time constraints to complete rounds.
Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic.
Good communication skills to work effectively with team members and site staff.Benefits:
