Are you an experienced site manager with expertise in steel and aluminum frameworks? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join a highly reputable construction company in the Watford area. Our company specializes in the erection of new warehouses across the UK, as well as refurbishments of existing structures. This highly enjoyable project spans approximately 44 weeks, and we are searching for the right person to oversee it from start to finish.

Position: Site Manager

Location: Watford

Project Duration: 44 weeks

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee and manage the entire construction process of new warehouse projects and refurbishments, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

* Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities, including groundwork, civil works, drainage, cladding, and M&E (Mechanical and Electrical) installations.

* Assemble and erect steel and aluminum frames using cranes and other heavy machinery.

* Install wall panels, roofing systems, and exterior cladding for additional insulation, protection, and aesthetic appeal.

* Construct internal floor slabs, partitions, and internal walls.

* Implement and refine construction frameworks for optimal project execution.

* Maintain excellent client, contractor, and team relationships, ensuring effective communication and problem-solving.

Required Skills and Experience:

* Proven track record as a site manager in high-profile construction projects, particularly with steel and aluminum frameworks.

* Expertise in managing construction frameworks and project lifecycles.

* Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
