About the Role:

Position: Quality Manager
Industry: Food Manufacturing
Salary: Circa £40,000
Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (Days)
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage quality assurance processes to ensure products meet industry and company standards as a Quality Manager
Implement and maintain quality control systems and procedures
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations
Lead and develop the quality team, providing training and support to enhance their skills
Address and resolve quality issues and customer complaints promptly
Work closely with production and other departments to drive continuous improvement initiatives
