We are looking for a Quality Assurance Manager that has a background in Cladding & Façades to join a reputable Façade company in Manchester.

Location: Various sites (3-4 days per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
Package: Company Car, 3% Pension Contribution, 21 Days Holiday

Role Overview

As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of quality across our projects. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with ISO 9001 management, facade remediation, and will oversee a range of quality assurance processes across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the implementation of ISO 9001 standards across projects.
Lead facade remediation processes, ensuring quality and compliance.
Coordinate and monitor quality assurance programs, ensuring all work meets regulatory standards.
Provide expert guidance on Quality Assurance and process improvements.
Ensure that all projects adhere to health and safety, legal, and quality standards.
Travel to job locations (3-4 days per week) to conduct on-site assessments and inspections.Requirements

Proven experience in the facades industry, particularly in facade remediation.
Experience working with or interacting with external QP Boards for facade-related approvals.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 standards and their practical implementation.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Experience managing or overseeing quality assurance teams and processes.
