My client is a fit-out and refurbishment contractor located in Central London, successfully managing projects ranging from £25,000 to £7 million. While primarily serving London and the Home Counties, they also deliver projects across the UK and internationally for their repeat clients.
About the role:
My client is seeking a Project Manager for a 16 week project in Manchester city centre. The project itself is a £1.4m office design and build fit-out project. In this role, you will be the number one on-site and work closely with the Contracts Manager & Design Manager.
Salary:
* £280 - £320 depending on experience
Requirements:
* 4+ years experience managing commercial fit-out projects. Ideally office Design and Build projects.
* Able to commute to Manchester City Centre of a daily basis.
