Salary: £17,328 - £18,835 per annum depending on experience
Hours: Working Monday - Friday 9.15am-2.15pm, 5 hours per day, 27.5 hours per week (the company is open to flexibility on times and length but must be 5 days per week and no less than 5 hours per day)
Benefits: 28 days holiday rising to 34 days over the next 5 years including bank holidays, pension, free parking and healthcare.
This is a new position that has been created as the company look to expand their internal sales support team.
You will have experience working within a similar customer service/phone based and administrative position previously. You must also be organised, able to work to deadlines and have a strong telephone manner.
Your duties will include:
Making outgoing calls to customers following up on sales opportunities and new accounts
Processing quotes within the required timeframe
Understanding the range of products and discussing these with external customers
Providing relevant sales analysis for Account Managers
Providing administrative support to the team
For this role you must be looking for a part-time position and able to commit to working within the office 5 days per week from 9.15am-2.15pm Monday - Friday.
