Flexi Operator - temp to perm

- Pay Rate: £14.50 per hour
- Hours: Two shifts: 6 am - 3 pm and 1 pm - 10 pm
- Location: Bedford

Primary Responsibilities:
1. Picking Outbound Deliveries
- Use manual pick notes to select products for customer orders.
- Ensure adherence to specific customer instructions.

2. Presenting Deliveries
- Ensure deliveries are well-presented (wrapped and labeled correctly) before dispatch.

3. Customer Orders & Rework Projects:
- Support rework projects and handle customer order adjustments as needed.

4. Put Away Incoming Products:
- Use a scanning device to store incoming products in the correct locations.

5. Loading/Unloading Vehicles:
- Load and unload vehicles, ensuring vehicles are clean and the manifest is properly followed.

6. Stock Consolidation and Optimization
- Consolidate same SKU types to free up space (e.g., merging part pallets to create full pallets).

7. MHE (Material Handling Equipment) Checks
- Perform pre-use inspections on MHE and ensure cleanliness and safety of the area.

8. Hygiene and Safety Compliance:
- Maintain cleanliness, complete hygiene tasks, and sign off documentation correctly.
- Follow health and safety policies, reporting any accidents or incidents as required.

9. KPI Targets:
- Picking: 17 lines per hour
- Put away: 24 pallets per hour
- Loading/Unloading: 26 pallets per hour

10. Continuous Improvement:
- Share ideas for improvement and best practices to optimize workflow.

This position requires attention to detail, adherence to health and safety protocols, and the ability to meet specific daily targets.
