Adecco are delighted to be recruiting for an Data Entry Assistant working within the busy payroll team on a temp to perm basis in Chester City Centre.

*Immediate start*

Pay: £11.44ph

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, with the possibility of later working on Wednesdays for 1 hour (time back provided).

Location: Chester city centre. Hybrid working arrangement, with a minimum requirement of 3 days in the office.

(PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU LIVE FURTHER THAN A 40 MINUTE COMMUTE FROM CHESTER)

Could be asked to work later for around an hour on Wednesdays and Thursdays (Time given back)

Duration: Temporary to Perm

The role:

Managing a high volume workload
Raising invoices
Importing payroll data
Resolving payroll queries
Liaising with external organisations

Key Skills and Experience:

Ability to work with speed and accuracy
Great attention to detail and working with accuracy is imperative
Reliability with a self-starting attitude
Thriving in a fast-paced, busy working environment
Strong team player, able to work to tight deadlines
Proficient in Excel, including formulas and formatting
Knowledge of Quickbooks is desirable but not essential
AAT trainee (or equivalent) qualification is desirable but not essential
