I am recruiting for a Sales Ledger role working for a thriving manufacturing company in Redditch. They are looking for a forward-thinking ambitious candidate who is looking for their next opportunity to grow. This role would offer study support and career progression for the right candidate.
Sales Ledger key responsibilities include: -
Sales Ledger and Credit Control– updating daily cash, credit control, account administration (query resolution).
(Posting/allocating cash; credit card payments; raising sales invoices) and assistance with month end tasks.
Balance sheet Reconciliations.
Support the preparation of the monthly accounts – General Ledger journals etc.
Variance analysis.
Forecasting - including Cash Flow & Overheads.
Working with the Systems Financial Controller to develop new processes, dashboards, and reports.
The successful Sales Ledger will
ideally be AAT qualified and/ or studying for CIMA/ ACCA
have experience of working within a SME
Hvae experience using SAGE and good excel skills
Have strong commercial accounts experience and be able to pick up and own processes quickly
Have strong IT skills particularly in excel.
