We are currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer with experience working within the Automotive Industry. This is an additional role to support the growth of this companies quality department.

This is a great oportunity to develop within an Automotive Manufacturing business, and you will be provided with support to develop your understanding with the IATF16949 quality standards. You must have experience being an internal auditor of ISO9001 and have an understand of problem solving methods.

Role Description

Ensure that customer and internally identified quality issues are resolved using the problem solving methods
Be competent in Quality Principles including Problem Resolution / Root Cause Analysis
To carry out Internal & Supplier audits as required within the organisation
Support Customer and Third-Party Audits
Support all internal departments with quality related matters
Read and understand/interpret engineering drawings
Assure that all Quality activities are performed according ISO 9001 standards and specific customer requirements
Ensure response to customer issues in a timely manner, implement containment and champion problem solvingSkills and Qualifications

Experience working within Automotive Engineering
Experience working within Quality Engineering roles
