Sales Coordinator - Belfast - Paying up to £25,000 + benefits

My client a leading ventilation company providing solutions for energy efficiency and indoor climate are currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing effective sales coordination and business administration duties for the business.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process customer orders and enquiries in a timely and accurate manner

* Purchase stock items as necessary, in accordance with company procedures

* Liaise with other departments for credit control and product availability

* Coordinate customer deliveries and ensure timely communication with customers

* Provide excellent customer service and resolve any issues promptly

* Assist in the development of sales opportunities and business development within your area

* Perform daily duties in accordance with company procedures, including despatching, filing, and updating records

* Complete month-end procedures and ensure accurate reporting to the accounts department

* Handle cash and credit card payments associated with trade counter sales

Requirements:

* Experience of working in a similar role and/or environment

* Possess industry/product knowledge (training will be provided)

* NVQ 2 in Business Administration or Customer Service

* Proficient PC skills with MS Office packages, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Explorer

* Excellent communication and organizational skills

* Able to work effectively as part of a team and independently

* Proactive, accurate, flexible, and willing to learn new skills

* Self-motivated
