Each school we work with is unique, has classes that vary in size, ability and age, and are searching for Teachers who can effectively engage students & have strong behaviour management skills.

The positions are full-time and will include planning and assessment, under the guidance of the Head of Departments for each subject specialism. The successful Qualified Teacher will hold a QTS/PGCE or another relevant teaching qualification, and will have previous experience working with KS3 & KS4 students. The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate effective teaching practices, supporting young people with different needs and abilities to help them achieve their goals.

The successful Qualified Teacher will:

Have a good knowledge and understanding of the National Curriculum
Have excellent communication and organisational skills
The ability to build good relationships with both staff and pupils
