The Role

As a Credit Control Administrator, you will support the finance team by ensuring outstanding invoices are managed efficiently, customer payments are tracked, and queries are handled professionally. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative experience who is looking to develop their skills in a finance-related role.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with credit control processes, including monitoring outstanding payments

Communicating with customers via phone and email to chase overdue invoices

*

Maintaining accurate records of customer accounts and payment history

*

Processing and allocating incoming payments

*

Handling customer queries and liaising with internal teams to resolve disputes

*

Supporting general finance and administrative tasks as required

Previous experience in an administrative office-based role

Strong attention to detail and ability to work with financial data

Confident communication skills, particularly when dealing with customers

Good organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
