I am working with a Developer based in the Liverpool / Manchester area. They are one of the UK’s largest privately-owned real estate investment & development companies, operating across residential, commercial & hospitality sectors.

They deal directly with their investors to offer full transparency and to provide the best deal possible. Their vision is to build long-term relationships with investors and to deliver outstanding properties.

Specifically they are looking to add either a Contracts Manager or Project Director to their team, reporting straight into the Construction Director.

This is predominantly for the residential side of the business, where the schemes comprise of between (Apply online only) units and are up to £200m & 18 storeys. They are some of the most impressive developments between the two cities.

Project Director Responsibilities
• Overseeing a project valued at circa £100m, working closely with Senior Project Managers to support and lead the site teams.
• Building relationships with new and existing clients and stakeholders as well as develping existing relationships.
• Pull together the design, commercial and programme and assist operation teams in the successful delivery of projects.
• Influence process and procedures around HSEQ in the business and support the companies values and growth.
• The ideal Project Director will have a proven track record in delivering major projects circa £100million from start to finish
