Role & Responsibilities:

Manage a small workshop team
Get involved in the CAD Design- reviewing and creating drawings wehen necessary
Programming CNC woodworking Machinery
Improve Production Efficiency- reducing wastage and costs
Organize and manage production schedulesKnowledge, Skills & Experience:

For this role you MUST HAVE A BACKGROUND IN JOINERY AND OR CARPENTRY
Experience of supervising or managing a workshop team
Ability to create and understand CAD Drawings
Ability to prgram CNC Machinery
