Learning Support Assistant - The Role

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils who need extra help.
Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to implement learning strategies.
Support pupils with SEN, speech & language difficulties, and social development.
Create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Assist with classroom activities and behaviour management.

What We're Looking For in a Learning Support Assistant

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant, Teaching Assistant, or similar role.
A passion for helping children reach their full potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff.
A patient, adaptable, and proactive approach to supporting learning.
