Customer Service Advisor
Job Description:
TLP Recruitment are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Service Advisor to join a dynamic team. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the dealership. Ideally you will have experience working in the Motorhome/car dealership industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide outstanding customer care and build strong relationships with customers.
* Inform and consult customers on vehicle servicing, repairs, and maintenance.
* Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicles and address any queries or concerns.
* Liaise with technicians and workshop control to ensure timely vehicle completion.
* Promote and sell additional products and services to customers.
* Ensure that customers are aware of necessary service and repair work.
* Advise customers on timelines and collection arrangements.
* Produce job cards on the in-house computer system.
* Update customer and vehicle records.
* Document all warranty work in accordance with manufacturer policy.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar role, such as a Service Admin or Service Advisor would be desired.
* Experience in the Motorhome/car dealership industry
* Proven ability to sell additional products and services.
* Drive, commitment, and enthusiasm.
