Bleep 360 are currently recruiting for a Band 8a Pharmacist to work in the Bristol area. This is a long-term locum role, working with an NHS Trust working with Mental Health patients. You will be screening, transcribing, and ordering patient's medications with the Home Treatment Team. Performing medicines reconciliation, attending MDTs, and responding to queries from patients and other healthcare professionals.

The role is starting ASAP for an on-going period and is a full-time position; however, the client may be willing to accept part-time hours for the right candidate.

Skills/Requirements:

* Previous UK experience required.

* Must have a right to work in the UK.

* Must have a UK qualification.

* HCPC registered.

* Enhanced police check

* Previous Mental Health Experience
