CNC Offline Programmer / CNC Programmer

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience

Location: Hainault, Essex

The Role:

My client requires a skilled and experienced CNC Programmer /Setter/Operator/CAD CAM Programmer to support in their established Production Department on a permanent basis.

Job Profile:

Skilled and experienced CNC Lathe or VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator, CAD CAM Programmer. As the successful applicant you will be responsible for training and helping a trainee. Machines currently used are:

Colchester Tornado x2
Dugard 100 Y+DD VMC Fanuc 0iMF Control, Nikken 5 axis

Duties:

CNC Lathe / VMC Programmer/Setter/Operator
Offline programming
Deburr and inspect own work
Machining to tight tolerances of varying complexities
Assist in the development of new methods and systems aimed at improving manufacturing effectivenessSkills and Experience:

Programme Set and Operate CNC Mills / CNC Lathes
Fanuc and Siemens controls desirable.
Experienced in offline CAD CAM programming
Able to read and interpret engineering drawings
Experience with Fusion360 desirable however other software's experience would be considered
Able to machine to fine tolerances
Experience working with a variety of materials (mainly metals)
CAD Design experience essentialJob Type: Full-time, Permanent

Hours 7.30am - 4.00pm Monday - Friday, 1/2 hr lunch

Annual Leave 28 days including Bank Holidays

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per year depending on experience
