We are seeking to recruit a dedicated and experienced labourer to join our team and work on a residential site for 12 months

Labourer Benefits:

This role is physically demanding but offers a chance to gain hands-on experience in the construction industry and work closely with skilled trades.
Competitive hourly rate of £15per hour Umbrella - equivalent to £11.85 per hour PAYE direct
8 hours work days
12 months contract
Opportunity to work on a small luxury residential site

Labourer the role:

Site preparation and maintenance - clearing debris, help setting up and maintaining temporary structure, assisting with ground preparation
Material handling - loading and unloading, transporting and organisingmaterials

Support to tradespeople
Following all health and safety protocols and site regulations.

Labourer requirements:

CSCS card and right to work in the UK
The job requires the ability to lift heavy materials, stand for long periods, and perform strenuous tasks.
Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and procedures
Ability to work well with other team members and follow instructions from supervisors, site managers and tradespeople.
Ensuring tasks are completed accurately to maintain site safety and quality standards.
Understanding of safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries on the job site.

Labourer role working conditions:

Typically outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
May require early starts, long hours, and occasional weekend work, depending on project deadlines.
