Anderson Knight are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor within the Insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

* Serve as the initial point of contact for valued members, providing exemplary customer service and guidance.

* Handle member enquiries proficiently throughout the application, on boarding, and membership life cycle.

* Collaborate with internal teams to swiftly address member issues and contribute to enhancing the overall customer journey.

* Work closely with Customer Operations Managers and Head of Customer Services to uphold organisational mission and standards.

Essential Experience:

* Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences with a strong emphasis on empathy and compassion.

* Demonstrated ability in problem-solving, offering practical solutions to member inquiries.

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with members and internal colleagues.

* Capacity to work collaboratively within a team environment while also displaying initiative and autonomy
