The Role

Working for a leading provider of industrial consumable products, you’ll be supporting a wide customer base across industries like automotive, wood, metal, and construction. Your day will revolve around outbound calling—making over 80 calls a day—to upsell to existing clients, re-engage lapsed accounts, promote new products, and help minimise customer churn.

You'll need to be a strong relationship builder who is proficient in using CRM systems.
