Gifting Supervisor | Hertfordshire Salary: DOE

We are looking for a Gifting Supervisor to lead a buys gifting department. You will be responsible for curating and displaying a range of unique and high-quality gifts, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience for the customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the gifting department.
Selecting, merchandising, and displaying gift products to maximise sales.
Providing excellent customer service and assisting with gift recommendations.
Managing stock levels, ordering new stock, and liaising with suppliers.
Training and supervising team members to maintain high standards.
Creating eye-catching seasonal and promotional displays.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a gifting retail environment is essential.
A passion for giftware and an eye for presentation and trends.
Strong customer service skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
Organised, proactive, and able to work independently.
Retail supervisory experience is desirable but not essential.
