Learning Support Assistant - Colchester, Essex - £95-£115 per day

Are you passionate about supporting young learners? Remedy Education is looking for experienced Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join a fantastic primary school in Colchester, Essex. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students with diverse learning needs and special educational needs (SEN).

Your Role as an LSA:

Provide 1:1 and small group support to students with SEN
Assist with classroom activities to ensure students can fully engage in learning
Support students' social, emotional, and academic development
Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials to individual needs
Encourage and motivate students, celebrating their progress along the way
What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or working with SEN students
A Level 3 NVQ in Supporting Teaching & Learning (or equivalent) is desirable
GCSEs in English & Maths (or equivalent)
A positive, patient, and enthusiastic approach to working with young people
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
