About the Care Home
Situated in the heart of Edwinstowe, this purpose-built care home has been designed to feel welcoming and homely. Role Responsibilities
The Home Manager will:
Ensure residents receive the highest standards of care, aligned with the organisation’s mission.
Develop, motivate, and support the team to excel in their roles.
Balance care excellence with financial management to enable reinvestment in improving facilities and expanding the organisation’s mission to enhance elderly care in the UK.
Essential Requirements
Minimum of three years as a Deputy Manager in a residential or nursing home.
NVQ Level 3 in Care (or equivalent), with a willingness to study for NVQ Level 5 or 7 (or be a registered nurse).
Understanding of the Health and Social Care Act 2012, the Care Act 2014, and CQC standards.
Full driving licence and computer literacy (email, Excel, Word).
Reside within 20 miles or a 30-minute drive of the care home (based on Google Maps).
Preferred:
NVQ Level 5 or 7.
Three years’ experience as a Home Manager.
