Job Purpose:

We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join the team as a Team Leader, focusing on driving growth and expansion in the local residential property market. As a key member of the management team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing business plans, managing a team of lawyers and support staff, and contributing to the firm-wide strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a business plan to grow the practice
Manage and lead a team of lawyers and support staff, including recruitment, performance management, and staff development
Drive business development through existing and new connections, exploring new work types and opportunities for diversification
Provide day-to-day management of team members, including technical matters, financial management, and compliance
Instill firm's culture and values throughout the team
Act as initial point of escalation for client feedback and complaints handling
Oversee training and development of junior team members
Work closely with high-end property finders and estate agents to develop relationships
Act for a range of clients on diverse residential property mattersRequirements:

8+ years' PQE at a strong regional or City firm
Experience in mainstream residential real estate work with minimal supervision
Strong academic background
A following of clients
High attention to detail with excellent documentation skills
Flexible approach to work with ability to meet client deadlines
Interest in business development and ability to meet demands of high-value conveyancing
Competent in using Microsoft Office software, time recording software, Outlook, and digital dictationOn Offer:
