Warehouse Operative

Location: Cambourne

Hours: Monday – Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm

Hourly Rate / Salary: £24,000 per annum

Benefits: Quarterly bonus, 29 days annual leave including bank holidays, Christmas to New year closure.

Our client who are one of the UK’s largest skincare distributers are looking for someone who has exceptional customer service skills, great attention to detail and can work within a small team to join them in their stock room facility. Offering very modern and clean working conditions you will be responsible for the storing and recording of goods in as well as picking, packing, and preparing shipments for despatch.

Duties will include:

* Inputting the stock onto the system checking for any discrepancies and damaged boxes.

* Picking orders

* Processing orders.

* Using a handheld scanner to pick items.

* Packing items to companies request with the professional image, printing courier labels, and making ready for despatch.

* Carrying out stock checks may be required.

Key skills and attributes required:

* Must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office

* Strong attention to detail and organised.

* Customer focused.

* Team player

* Enthusiastic and willing to learn is essential.

* Previous experience within a warehouse environment is desirable but not essential.
