Due to continued company growth, my client, a leading engineering company based near Malton are looking to recruit a Junor Quality Inspector to join their existing team on a permanent basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience in inspection of goods inwards and finished assembled components using a range of Dimensional inspection equipment (Micrometers/Verniers). Ideally you will be time served however individuals with a wealth of Quality Inspection experience will be considered.

This role is ideal for someone looking to develop a career in quality inspection – Training in auditing and quality engineering will also be provided for the right candidate moving forward.

This position is based on days and available for an immediate start.

Role Description

• Inspect Good Inwards against assignments and assembled products.
•Perform mechanical inspections for components and completed assemblies using Dimensional Measuring equipment (Micrometer/ Verniers)
•Complete all necessary documentation according to the company’s requirements (including timesheets, ECN etc.)

Skills & Attributes

• Time served in a relevant engineering discipline – Ideal
• Conversant in the use of traditional measuring equipment Micrometers/Verniers
• Experience in as a Quality Inspector within an Engineering/ Manufacturing environment.
