Key Responsibilities:
Frontline Support: Be the go-to person for users seeking technical assistance via phone, web, or email, delivering fast, effective solutions.
Problem Solver: Diagnose and resolve issues, directing unresolved problems to the next level of support when necessary.
Proactive Approach: Advise users on troubleshooting steps, follow up on customer status, and contribute suggestions for service improvements.
System Maintenance: Help maintain system documentation, desktop computing environments, and security standards.
Team Player: Work closely with your peers and the broader IT team to ensure seamless operations and contribute to ongoing projects.What We're Looking For:
Experienced: You've proven your ability in a fast-paced support role, with a track record of resolving technical issues and delivering exceptional service.
Tech-Savvy: You have a solid understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and office automation products. Familiarity with remote troubleshooting is a plus!
Service-Oriented: Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on delivering solutions that meet users' needs.
Communicator: Strong written and verbal communication skills, able to translate tech-speak into user-friendly advice.
Flexible & Driven: You have a "can-do" attitude, are always ready to rise to new challenges, and remain positive even under pressure.
Ambitious: You're always looking to develop your skills and improve processes. Knowledge of ITIL or experience with ISO27001 is a bonus but not essential.Why This Role?
