This is a fantastic opportunity that SF are working exclusively, for an HR candidate to join a small to medium sized business based in Nottingham, joining a wider team who are all very personable and super friendly. You will have a fresh approach and be super energetic about wanting to learn, you will look after all day to day HR administration across the whole employee life cycle such as - new starters, employment references, managing absences and holidays, processing leavers, support on events as well assist the wider HR strategy and exciting proactive project work. You will also assist with the weekly and monthly running of payroll by preparing input, processing weekly timesheets, referencing to time and attendance information, helping with very few queries and processing it.
It is essential you have HR experience at assistant/coordinator/advisor level, ideally you will have payroll experience too. They would love to attract candidates who are CIPD level 3 but not a deal breaker.
