What We’re Looking For:

✅ Senior QS Experience – Strong background in commercial, residential, or education projects
✅ JCT & NEC Contract Knowledge – Ability to manage costs under these frameworks
✅ Cost Control & Financial Management – Oversee project budgets, variations, and forecasting
✅ Negotiation & Commercial Acumen – Work effectively with subcontractors and suppliers
✅ Team Leadership – Mentor and support junior QSs for overall project success
