Data Breach Solicitor £35,000 - £40,000 + High Bonus potential

We are recruiting on behlaf of our client, a large personal injury law firm based in Liverpool.
They have an outstanding team of Solicitors who are renowned for their expertise in Personal Injury, Employment Law and even catastrophic events.
They deal with very high quality variety caseloads and have grown steadily over the past few years. As a result of our success we are now looking for a Data Breach Solicitor/Fee Earner with experience of working in a fast paced, cost driven environment.
The role will be to handle your own caseload of data breach claims as part of a new department headed by an experienced manager.
Responsibilities: Vetting of new claims Rapidly assess large volumes of information to identify winnable cases Prioritise and issue cases with tight deadlines Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management Correspondence and telephone calls Reviewing files Being part of the support for junior staff Providing general advice to the business
Requirements:
Law degree required
Experience in Data breach law 1 year PQE required
Genuine interest in Data breach law would be a bonus
Understanding of GDPR and the Data protection act
Ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines
Excellent technical skills
