My client is an established and highly successful Estate and Lettings Agency, who have an emphasis on providing first-class customer service and are looking for a Property Manager to join their team in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Property Manager:

Liaise with landlords, tenants and contractors to manage maintenance issues

Maintain thorough and accurate database records

Ensure properties comply with latest regulations/legislation

Nurture and develop client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Property Manager:

Ideally currently working in a busy Property Management team

First-class written and verbal communication skills

Solution driven, with excellent time management

Experience of delivering high levels of customer service

Full UK Driving Licence and use of own car
