Your Role as Retail Manager:

Lead, inspire, and motivate your team to deliver outstanding retail service

Drive store performance through KPIs, sales, and operational excellence

Mentor and develop your team, nurturing their growth and empowering their success

Oversee stock levels, visual merchandising, and store presentation, ensuring consistency and brand standards

Report directly to the Area Manager, contributing to the overall retail strategy and long-term goals

What We're Looking For: We're looking for candidates who have:

Experience as a Branch Manager, Store Manager, or Deputy Manager in retail

A proven ability to drive sales, performance, and team engagement

Confidence, proactivity, and a passion for retail

Excellent customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive store atmosphere

Strong commercial awareness and a track record of making business-driven decisions
