Cover Supervisor – SEN Provision
Location: Surrey
Position: Part-Time (A couple of days a week)
Rate: £20 per hour
We are currently seeking an experienced Cover Supervisor to join our SEN Provision in Surrey. This is a part-time role with flexible hours, working a couple of days per week, and starting as soon as possible.
Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support SEN students during lessons, ensuring a productive and supportive learning environment.
Provide cover for teachers as needed, ensuring continuity in lesson delivery.
Adapt approaches to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Work closely with SEN support staff to ensure that students receive the necessary assistance.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.Requirements:

Previous experience working with SEN students and as a Cover Supervisor is essential.
Passionate about supporting students with special educational needs.
Strong communication skills and the ability to adapt to various teaching styles and environments.
