Sennen Education are recruiting for a SEN teaching assistant to join fanstastic primary and secondary schools in Bolton.

You may be required to work with the children on a 1:1 basis and in small groups. The role will be supporting children with SEND such as Autism and ADHD. The roles we offer will be long-term with immediate start (subject to the relevant checks being completed). The role has the opportunity to go permanent for the right person.

The ideal candiate should:

* Have good time management skills.

* Be flexible and patient.

* Be able to communicate effectively within a team.

* Be empathic and understanding towards the learning needs of the children.

* Undertake duties as directed by teaching staff.

To join us and be successful in this SEND Teaching Assistant Role, you will need:

* A minimum of six weeks experience of supporting young people which you can evidence with references.

* Enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to pay for a new one)

* Provide a CV with up to date employment/education history included and any employment breaks must be explained

* Have the legal right to work in the UK

* Overseas Police Check (if required)

* 2 proofs of address
