Job Title: Metal Finishing Technician
Location: Ramsgate

Company Overview:
Join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring the high-quality finishing of metal components. We're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Metal Finishing Technician to help us maintain the standards expected in the aviation industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute daily operations in the Metal Finishing section, working under the guidance of the Metal Finishing Team Leader or Supervisor.
Perform electroplating on a diverse range of aircraft components using processes including Cadmium, Nickel, Chrome, Silver, Tin, Copper, and Phosphate.
Help monitor and manage stock levels of essential chemicals and consumables.
Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly quality control checks.
Ensure the proper maintenance of plant equipment and uphold the 5S standard.
Adhere to quality standards and company guidelines.
Follow Environmental, Health, and Safety protocols, particularly in the plating bay.Requirements:

Experience in engineering or metal finishing (preferred).
Previous aviation experience is highly desirable.
Proficient in computer use.
