CQC Registered Manager

Our client provides clinical and social care services for young adults (16-25) with mental health needs. Servisource Healthcare are seeking a highly qualified Registered Manager to lead a CQC-registered residential home on a full time, permanent basis.

As Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, ensuring high-quality care in line with statutory requirements and company policies. You will lead a dedicated team, manage referrals and placements, and maintain compliance with CQC standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and oversee all aspects of the residential home.

* Lead and supervise Deputy Managers, Team Leaders, and support staff.

* Ensure high standards of therapeutic care for young residents.

* Oversee assessments, admissions, and care plan implementation.

* Manage rota scheduling and ensure staff coverage.

* Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance with CQC and statutory regulations.

Qualifications & Experience:

* NVQ Level 5 in Health and Social Care Management.

* 2-3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a similar setting.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

* Full driving licence preferred.
