Project Accountant – Capital (£ per annum, full time, 12-month fixed term contract)

Job Role

We are looking for a CCAB qualified Capital Accountant to lead our capital improvement project.

This project involves identifying and implementing improvements to the capitalisation, review and reconciliation of fixed assets, supporting improvements to component accounting methodology, and RAM system. The successful candidate will oversee and implement the process changes and set up a reconciliation process between Cx, RAM, Advance Financials and business asset registers. They will be responsible for the roll out of new accountancy processes across the organisation.

We are looking for someone with Real Asset Management expertise and strong up to date knowledge of the accounting regime that Housing Associations operate within. The successful candidate will be a good communicator with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear way.

Location Details

The role is based at our Sevenoaks office. We offer a flexible approach to hybrid working with most full-time employees attending the office two days per week.
