Job Role: Registered Manager

Location: Penwortham, Preston

Salary: £50,000 to £55,000 with a £5,000 bonus upon registration completion

We are working with an established company looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to lead a new 3-bed EBD (Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties) children’s home in Preston. This role involves completing the home’s registration and ensuring it meets all regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete the registration process for the new 3-bed EBD home.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement policies and procedures.

Provide leadership and support to the staff team.

Maintain high standards of care and support for the children.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing children’s homes.

Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations and standards.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Ability to manage the registration process effectively.
