Key Responsibilities of the Quality Control Inspector

Perform inspections on electronic components and assemblies to ensure compliance with quality standards

Conduct visual inspections and functional testing of products

Use measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and multimeters to verify product specifications

Record and document inspection results and communicate findings to relevant departments

Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues

Follow industry standards and company protocols to maintain quality assurance processes

Work closely with production and engineering teams to improve product quality

Qualifications of Quality Control Inspector

Experience in quality control, preferably in an electronics or manufacturing environment

Familiarity with electronics testing equipment and measurement tools

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

Good written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of industry standards like ISO 9001 would be an advantage
