**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage a team of Procurement, Materials, and Warehouse personnel.

* Develop and execute category and procurement strategies with key external suppliers. Foster strong relationships with key internal stakeholders.

* Enhance MRP data management and establish robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

* Measure and sustain key KPIs for the Supply Chain department.

**Skills and Experience Required**

* Experience operating within a Supply Chain Management position, ideally within the Rail industry but other industries are equally received.

* Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills.

* Strong negotiation and strategic planning abilities.

* Understanding of the traction and rolling stock market is desirable.
